What Second Dove does
Second Dove measures where a medspa appears when patients ask AI assistants for a recommendation, then ships the fixes that get the clinic named.
It checks exactly five AI surfaces: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), Google AI Overviews (the AI summary at the top of a Google search, separate from Gemini) and Perplexity.
Each audit runs 36 patient query types, expanded into 162 query-runner combinations across the five surfaces, and produces a personalized report with a visibility score for each surface and the competitor gaps.
The first audit is free. In the South Bay it is printed and hand-delivered within 24 hours of intake.
Paid engagements ship the highest-leverage fixes first and re-score the clinic every month.
Coverage is exclusive: one medspa per zip code per primary service.
Websites are a separate project from the AEO engagement.
